Alifia is an empowering stylist, salon owner, and curly + coily expert based in Fresno, California. Her 20+ years of experience has taken her all over the country, growing awareness and acceptance for the curly-coily community in the minds of up-and-coming cosmetology professionals.

She brings this same dedication to Gilded Coils, transforming + unlocking client’s confidence with empathy, and expertise from years of caring for all hair types and textures. the passion for education she exemplifies extends beyond the salon, teaching transracial families how to cultivate their child’s confidence through curly and coily hair educational workshops.
